Scope
These terms apply to purchases and client projects handled by Hi-Fi Cantina.

Warranty

Workshop warranty (180 days)
180 days on workmanship and service carried out by Hi-Fi Cantina.
Covers faults directly attributable to the performed service work.

Legal guarantee (consumers, EU/Italy)
Consumer rights under EU/Italian rules apply. The legal guarantee concerns lack of conformity existing at delivery and is assessed in light of the item’s description, condition notes, and vintage nature.

Exclusions (both warranties)
Misuse. Incorrect setup. Accidents. Liquid damage. Unauthorized modification. Damage from third-party service. Normal wear items where applicable.

How to claim
Contact Hi-Fi Cantina first with your order/project reference before returning any item.

Condition & vintage nature

Vintage equipment is sold as used. Cosmetic wear consistent with age is normal unless explicitly stated otherwise. Listings describe condition and scope.

Right of withdrawal (online sales / consumers)

For distance sales to consumers, the right of withdrawal applies within 14 days from delivery (exceptions may apply). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow the applicable rules.

Tailored Work (client projects)

Tailored work is confirmed in writing (scope + estimate range).
A deposit secures a slot; deposit terms (refundability milestones) are stated in the project sheet.
Scope changes may affect lead time and pricing.

Shipping

EU shipping is handled by Hi-Fi Cantina.
Outside the EU: by arrangement only.
No shipping to destinations under sanctions or where shipment is legally restricted.

Payments

Accepted: SEPA bank transfer (EUR), PayPal, card payment.
For Sale: full payment before dispatch.
Tailored Work: deposit to secure the slot, balance on completion.
